Reservation Policy

The Albert Stevens Bed & Breakfast Inn Policies

Rates for The Albert Stevens Inn range from $115 to $285, depending on the room and the time of year.

Reservations are taken between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily.

Arriving at the Inn :: Parking and Checking In/Out

You may park free of charge (no parking meters on Myrtle Avenue) on either side of the street or use the Inn's onsite parking in the rear of the building. Check in is via the front door. Please ring doorbell to announce your arrival. Check in time is 2:00PM to 9:00PM. Please make arrangements with us in advance if you plan to arrive later than 9:00 PM.

Checkout time is 11:00 AM.

Reservations Policies

No Smoking
Smoking, candles, incense, or open flames is prohibited anywhere in the Inn and on the property of the Albert Stevens Inn. 
We suggest using the smoking facilities in the Park directly across the street from the Inn. Any evidence suggesting a violation of the non smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 charge to your posted credt card. Our rates are based on double occupancy (2 persons in a room). An additional $30 per night  for a third person in the room. A two (2) night stay on weekends is preferred year round; except July, August and certain Holiday weekends, which require a three (3) night stay. If you can only stay one (1) night during these times, please call (609) 884-4717 for availability. A 50% deposit will secure a reservation of two (2) or more nights. The balance and tax is due upon check in. Payment in advance is required for a one (1) night reservation. We must receive your deposit within 6 days of booking to secure your reservation.

Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the following, then proceed to make your reservation.

  • In the event of a cancellation, we will assist you in rescheduling your reservation.
  • Full refund if reservation is cancelled or changed 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • Cancellations within 21 days of your scheduled arrival will be refunded if the entire vacancy is filled. If vacancy is not filled, you will be charged for one night. 
  • A $25 processing fee is deducted from any cancellation. 
  • No refund or credit for any cancellation made within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival.
  • The Albert Stevens Inn cannot be held responsible for inclement weather, health problems or family emergency.
  • All reservations are secured by credit card. Misrepresentations will result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit.
